About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, CRM at Affinity will play a critical role in driving the company's core product development. What You Will Do
- Define the product roadmap for the CRM product, including business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to develop and implement solutions
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development
- Lead the development of AI-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation
- Collaborate with the design team to develop user-centered solutions
- Work with the engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS company
- Experience working with engineering and design teams to drive business impact
- Strong understanding of CRM and AI technologies
- Ability to balance technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing complex products and developing AI-driven solutions
