Senior Product Manager - Data Experience

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that building complex, data-driven applications is seamless, intuitive, and secure. You will serve as the connective tissue between technical architecture, customer needs, and product strategy, and will be responsible for synthesizing customer and internal insights to inform product decisions.

The data experience team at Unqork is a key part of the company's mission to empower enterprises to accelerate growth through AI-native applications. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be working closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive the development of the company's data experience platform.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Data Engineering, Tech Leads, Product peers, and CX to co-create the mental model for how data is handled within the platform
• Synthesize customer and internal insights to inform product decisions
• Drive AI-native innovation by designing AI-native data interactions
• Champion governance and compliance, ensuring data systems are inspectable and governable
• Facilitate technical success by removing friction in the planning, building, and testing lifecycle
• Support technical architects and software creators by aligning data tools with real-world developer workflows
• Collaborate with security and legal teams to ensure data systems meet enterprise-grade software requirements
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI tooling and data experience design

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within developer platforms, IDEs, or complex data-heavy internal tools
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and a deep understanding of data experience design
• Experience navigating the complexities of building software for industries with strict compliance, auditability, and risk requirements
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and proactively identify dependencies
• Humility and subject matter expertise, with the ability to remain curious and open to feedback
• Relational leadership, with the ability to build trust quickly with Engineering and CX teams
• Strategic synthesis, with the ability to gather disparate requirements and distill them into a cohesive roadmap
• Systems thinking, with the ability to see how a change in the data model affects the entire creator ecosystem
