About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, Developer Productivity position at Webflow is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's mission to bring development superpowers to everyone. As a key member of the Developer Productivity engineering team, you will be responsible for partnering with engineers, TPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive platform improvements that reduce friction and increase velocity. Your day-to-day work will involve translating engineering team needs and pain points into clear, prioritized roadmaps, tracking and reporting on metrics that reflect developer experience health, and evaluating and championing the integration of AI and agentic tooling into developer workflows.Webflow is a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and creativity. What You Will Do
- Translate engineering team needs and pain points into clear, prioritized roadmaps
- Track and report on metrics that reflect developer experience health
- Partner with engineers, TPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and deliver platform improvements
- Write crisp specs and requirements that give engineers what they need to move fast
- Evaluate and champion the integration of AI and agentic tooling into developer workflows
- Work closely with the engineering team to keep them focused on the highest-impact work
- Use data and qualitative insights to surface bottlenecks, measure progress, and make the case for what the team should work on next
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful outcomes
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and technological capabilities
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on developer productivity and platform improvements
- Strong technical skills, with experience in integrating AI and agentic tooling into product development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Experience in working with remote teams and distributed organizations
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the challenges faced by engineering teams
- Experience in working with agile development methodologies and practices

- Experience in working with cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD and build systems
- Experience in working with data analytics and visualization tools
