Job Description

About the Role

Ollie is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance and oversee our e-commerce capabilities, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for scaling Ollie's e-commerce initiatives.
  • Lead an Agile squad to deliver timely and impactful features.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements that empower the Growth Marketing team.
  • Maintain and evolve our MarTech stack, including vendor selection and tech requirements.
  • Partner across departments to support digital growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in eCommerce or DTC subscriptions, ideally during rapid growth phases.
  • Proven experience managing contemporary eCommerce platforms (knowledge of Shopify is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience collaborating with Growth Marketing teams on product enhancements.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Previous role in a hypergrowth setting within the e-commerce sector.
