Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for Identity Verification at Coinbase, you will lead the strategy and execution of the end-to-end IDV platform. You will work within the Platform PG and be responsible for enhancing customer identity verification in a secure and scalable manner.

Responsibilities

  • Own the IDV platform's strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Drive efforts for platformization, enabling self-service configurations for CUJ owners.
  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize routing across IDV vendors like Onfido, Au10tix, and Persona.
  • Lead initiatives to address synthetic fraud and AI-generated identity attacks with innovative detection features.
  • Deliver a seamless adoption experience for all Coinbase products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on identity verification solutions.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with vendor management.
