About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, Integrations at Payrails, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy for the company's Third Party Integrations platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Payrails' vision to reimagine payments is realized through the development of a best-in-class integrations platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data, and Business, to meet the company's integrations development targets.

The Product team at Payrails is dedicated to driving a successful intersection between User Experience, Technology, and Business. The team's focus is on three main pillars: continuously studying customers and the problems they face, ensuring the product is feasible and best-in-class, and maintaining a top-of-mind product-market fit. As a Senior Product Manager, Integrations, you will be an integral part of this team, leading the definition, scoping, and development of Payrails' Third Party Integrations platform.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the product strategy for Payrails' Third Party Integrations platform, including defining the roadmap, prioritization, and setting of the technical vision for the team.
  • Work directly with Engineering, Data, and Business teams, as well as external partners, to meet Payrails' Third Party integrations development targets.
  • Define and track success criteria and metrics to ensure product-market fit, constantly looking for more efficient ways to enhance product performance.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders to fully understand customer problems and devise the right solutions.
  • Scope initiatives at all levels, from small improvements and bug fixes to large third-party integrations, ensuring each adds value to Payrails' offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and engineering teams, bridging any information gaps and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on the product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in payments and integrations.
  • Collaborate with the product team to continuously study customers and the problems they face, ensuring that Payrails' product offerings meet their needs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry, with a focus on integrations and platform development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in defining and tracking success criteria and metrics for product-market fit.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with external partners and stakeholders, including third-party vendors and customers.

  • Certification in product management or a related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java, and experience with API integrations.
