About the Role

The Senior Product Manager position at Lemon.io is a remote opportunity that allows you to work with a variety of startups in the US and Europe. As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional product initiatives, launching products from scratch, and working closely with clients and stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to choose your schedule and work asynchronously, with minimal overlap with team working hours.

The role entails working on fast-paced startup environments, which require proactive and adaptable professionals. You will be expected to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, many of whom come from technical or product backgrounds. Lemon.io will support you from the moment you submit your application throughout all stages of cooperation.

What You Will Do

  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives and launch products from scratch
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver successful projects
  • Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, many of whom come from technical or product backgrounds
  • Choose a schedule that works best for you, with async communication or minimal overlap with team working hours
  • Work on fast-paced startup environments, which require proactive and adaptable professionals
  • Launch products from scratch and deliver results quickly
  • Onboard onto a project promptly after accepting it and start delivering results quickly
  • Justify decisions and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders
  • Discuss business tasks and product initiatives with clients and stakeholders
  • Work full-time remotely with minimal supervision and be reliable in your work

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Strategy and 5+ years of experience with SDLC/Market & Competitive Analysis OR 5+ years of experience in Product Strategy and 8+ years of experience with SDLC/Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Experience with Figma and Mixpanel
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to launch products from scratch
  • Clear and effective communication in English, with advanced ability to discuss business tasks and justify decisions
  • Good self-presentation and ability to communicate issues effectively to stakeholders
  • Strong self-organizational skills and ability to work full-time remotely with minimal supervision
  • Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to onboard onto a project promptly and start delivering results quickly
