About the Role
The Senior Product Manager position at Lemon.io is a remote opportunity that combines the challenge of working with fast-paced startup environments with the flexibility of choosing your own schedule. As a senior product manager, you will be leading cross-functional product initiatives, working closely with clients and stakeholders, many of whom come from technical or product backgrounds. This role requires a strong technical understanding, as you will be expected to launch products from scratch, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and on client calls.The role involves working with a variety of projects, which means you will have the opportunity to onboard onto different projects promptly and start delivering results quickly. Your experience with SDLC, market and competitive analysis, and product strategy will be crucial in driving the success of these projects. What You Will Do
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives from conception to launch, working closely with development teams, designers, and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from defining product vision and roadmap to launching and maintaining products.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements documents, and other product-related documents.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful product launches and continued product improvement.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user experiences that meet product requirements.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve product offerings.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on digital products.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Strategy and 5+ years of experience with SDLC/Market & Competitive Analysis, or vice versa.
- Experience with Figma and Mixpanel is required.
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to launch products from scratch.
- Clear and effective communication in English, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues.
- Good self-presentation skills for client calls.
- Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with minimal supervision.
- Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to onboard onto projects promptly and start delivering results quickly.
- Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives.
- Advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI Agent Architecture, AI Automation Architecture, AI Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or other relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in React & Python, React & Golang, Golang, React & Java, React & Ruby, Ruby, PHP & Vue, Vue & Node.js, React & .NET, Android & iOS, Flutter, Blockchain (Ethereum/Ethers.js/Wagmi/Viem/Solana), or other programming languages.
- Knowledge of DevOps with Azure DevOps, MLOps, Data Science, Angular & Node.js, Vue & .NET, Python & Vue, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Data Analysis, React & PHP, Data Engineering, Project Management, QA Automation, QA Manual, Embedded Software Engineering, or related fields.
