Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager role at Nerdio is a unique opportunity to shape the company's internal AI Enablement Platform, working closely with the CEO to define and build this platform. This individual contributor role will focus on creating software, systems, and experiences that enable employees across the company to adopt AI more deeply, improving productivity in meaningful ways. The successful candidate will spend significant time with internal teams, understanding their workflows and helping them adopt and use AI capabilities.

As part of the R&D team, the Senior Product Manager will work directly with the CEO to drive research-driven discovery, identify new product concepts, and validate automation opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-assisted development, partner engineering, and the ability to drive experimentation through prototypes and pilots.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for influencing cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Architecture, GTM, and Support. They will also collaborate with internal and external innovation partners, shaping portfolio-level prioritization decisions and representing product strategy in executive discussions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead research-driven discovery across internal systems and product areas
  • Identify and validate new product concepts and automation opportunities
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term vision
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses
  • Drive experimentation through prototypes and pilots
  • Champion AI-assisted development across discovery, design, and delivery
  • Partner with engineering to deliver AI-powered capabilities, such as recommendations and insights, workflow automation, copilots, and guided experiences
  • Ensure meaningful customer value and adoption
  • Enforce responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, and compliance
  • Influence Engineering, Design, Architecture, GTM, and Support teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external innovation partners
  • Shape portfolio-level prioritization decisions
  • Represent product strategy in executive discussions

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience in software or a related field
  • Proven experience with GTM and Excel strategies
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted development and partner engineering
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and influencing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive experimentation and prototypes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with cloud technology, particularly Microsoft Azure and end-user computing
