What You Will Do

- Partner with the go-to-market team to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Manager, APM, startup operator, founder, or product analyst.
- Proven track record of building or launching products end-to-end, with a focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a strong ability to adapt and pivot when necessary.
- Familiarity using AI in day-to-day product work, such as prototyping, research, or analysis, to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment, with a strong understanding of what it takes to scale products and teams successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
