About the Role

The Senior Product Manager position at INFUSE is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes that will drive the company's next stage of growth. You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation, and continuous optimization. What You Will Do

  • Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for new solutions and tools that drive business outcomes
  • Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation, and continuous optimization
  • Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage
  • Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate across business analysts, designers, and engineering teams, and independently cover niche projects or product stages when needed
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and technical capabilities
  • Ensure data-informed decision-making, leveraging analytics and metrics to drive product development and optimization
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven environment, with measurable delivery results
  • Proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making
  • Deep understanding of when to build vs. when to solve without development
  • Experience building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks
  • Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools for early-stage prototyping and hypothesis validation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Self-driven, highly organized, comfortable working remotely across time zones
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
