## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven environment, with measurable delivery results - Proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation - Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making skills - Deep understanding of when to build vs. when to solve without development - Experience building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks - Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools for early-stage prototyping and hypothesis validation - Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills - Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones - Fluent English (spoken and written)
