About the Role

The Senior Product Manager role at Easyship is a pivotal position that oversees the delivery of customized end-to-end shipping solutions for clients worldwide. This involves defining solutions in line with the product vision and strategy, coordinating with design and engineering teams to constantly create value for users. The role is centered around managing the activation, retention, and monetization of Easyship's SMB merchant base, leveraging ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize the roadmap, and collaborating with global teams to deliver quality products.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment, with the ability to own part of the Easyship product. This includes staying informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to help Easyship maintain a competitive edge. The role requires a strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks, with the ability to navigate SQL and dashboards to uncover non-obvious business insights.

What You Will Do

  • Own the activation, retention, and monetization for Easyship's SMB merchant base
  • Support roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with Easyship's strategic goals
  • Leverage ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize the roadmap
  • Manage delivery of features from idea to release, and measure their success
  • Work collaboratively with global teams in various functional areas such as design, data analytics, engineering, logistics, warehouse operations, and support to deliver quality products
  • Gain a deep understanding of warehouse operations, their needs, and improve efficiency to support profitability outcomes
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to help Easyship maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with Product Managers from various departments to shape their roadmaps, driving improvements in growth and retention metrics
  • Define problems, find levers, ship fast, and measure what matters

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years focused on growth or PLG initiatives
  • Strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks
  • Data-native, prioritizing cohorts, funnels, and experimentation over static documentation
  • Ability to navigate SQL and dashboards to uncover non-obvious business insights
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, user experience principles, and how to create intuitive, engaging product experiences
  • Practical experience with AI agents and LLMs, with prompt engineering as a fundamental requirement
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, having launched your own ventures or side projects, or being a Growth expert who has mastered the entire lifecycle from acquisition to revenue
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in ambiguity
