About the Role
The Senior Product Manager position at Restream is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership acumen. As the leader of the Studio Team, you will be responsible for guiding the development of Restream's core product, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and innovation. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to bring new features and products to life.The Studio Team is the heartbeat of Restream's product development, and as its leader, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery. Your expertise in product management will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the digital landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, and mitigating risks.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Studio Team, aligning with Restream's overall mission and vision
- Collaborate with the founding team to design and deliver core features and experiences
- Work closely with the design team to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces
- Partner with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of new features and products
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and prioritize features accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to launch new products and features
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product design, with a focus on digital products
- Proven track record of building, releasing, and scaling global consumer products
- Passion for design and attention to detail, with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues
- Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
