What You Will Do
- Own the product roadmap for key areas, aligning with the company's broader strategy
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and engage with users to identify key product requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toprototype and iterate on products quickly
- Prioritize product requirements based on impact, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals
- Define and track KPIs, adjusting strategies post-launch to optimize adoption, engagement, and retention
- Lead go-to-market efforts, including launch planning and support for Customer Success teams
- Advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring simplicity and intuitiveness
- Develop tools and systems that support critical user journeys, such as onboarding and activation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions
- Participate in setting up processes for scalability and efficiency in operations
- Engage in data-driven decision-making, leveraging Adjust and Excel to analyze performance and adjust strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
- Demonstrated ability to refine details while keeping the end goal in sight
- Experience in crafting scalable solutions from the ground up
- Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to design and run A/B tests
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating elegant, user-friendly products
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
