About the Role

Iterable, a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for the full lifecycle of user and event data. This critical role will own the end-to-end user data platform charter, ensuring that data moves, lives, and performs seamlessly across the platform. As a key member of the product team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver joyful customer experiences.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the systems that power both messaging surfaces and Nova AI experiences, ensuring that data is fast, reliable, and ready for real-time decisioning. What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end user data platform charter, defining how user and event data moves from APIs and pipelines into storage, through schema and lifecycle management, and out through query surfaces used by sends, journeys, and AI features
  • Make ingestion and identity reliable at scale, evolving ingestion APIs and pipelines with clear SLOs, prioritization, and fair-usage limits
  • Modernize storage, schemas, and guardrails, leading ES8 and user-store roadmaps, retention, and cost work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Define and track key metrics to measure success, making data-driven decisions to inform product roadmap
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation of product features
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of the user data platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the user data platform

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on user data platforms or related fields
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and scalable architectures
