About the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager position at Committee for Children is a critical role that bridges the gap between product and marketing, driving both long-term strategy and day-to-day execution. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product initiatives, defining what exceptional product marketing looks like from market intelligence to pricing and positioning. Your expertise will inform early R&D, launch readiness, and every step from concept to commercialization, ensuring that all decisions are data-driven and strategically cohesive.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and investment prioritization.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and user personas using qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Contribute to product portfolio strategy by providing market-informed perspectives that support alignment of new products with broader organizational goals and positioning.
  • Collaborate on comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment recommendations.
  • Evaluate and recommend buy, build, or partner options to address solution gaps, including partnerships, integrations, or acquisitions.
  • Shape and communicate the overall distribution/channel strategy in alignment with market buying preferences.
  • Build and operationalize go-to-market frameworks, roadmaps, launch plans, and measurement systems for both short-term activation and long-term scalability.
  • Provide market insights to inform product roadmap discussions and support clear communication of priorities.
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end buyer journey, identifying opportunities to improve experience and conversion.
  • Develop and execute detailed plans that support revenue growth and retention, including new customer acquisition and ongoing engagement strategies.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
