About the Role

Join Twilio as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, supporting Twilio's data products, including the Twilio Segment customer data platform (CDP).

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling, audience-specific messaging, positioning, and content that differentiates Twilio's data products in the market.
  • Build domain expertise through market and customer research to craft impactful messaging and positioning.
  • Partner with Product and other cross-functional teams to refine product strategy, influence roadmap, and drive product launches that grow awareness and adoption.
