About the Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Float will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption across the entire customer journey. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Canadian business finance landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Float, you will be responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and positioning. You will identify adoption gaps and design programs to improve usage and engagement, working closely with the Product team to inform product roadmap decisions. Your expertise in Excel will be essential in analyzing data and developing insights that inform marketing strategies.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute product adoption strategies across the full customer journey
- Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and positioning
- Identify adoption gaps and design programs to improve usage and engagement
- Lead and support product launches, as well as ongoing lifecycle and growth programs
- Build and execute initiatives across acquisition, activation, adoption, and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Develop messaging that resonates with target segments and informs product roadmap decisions
- Analyze data and develop insights that inform marketing strategies
- Work closely with the Product team to inform product roadmap decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the fintech or software industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business finance landscape
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel to analyze data and develop insights
- Experience with product launches and lifecycle programs
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Knowledge of Canadian business regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and human-centered design methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
