About the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Partners role at ClickHouse is a unique opportunity to leverage your marketing and technical skills to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and demand generation, to identify, develop, and execute joint initiatives with partners like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your primary focus will be on building and scaling the partnership marketing program, which includes creating marketing and enablement assets, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing based on results.

The role requires a strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the creation of supporting content and programs that bring joint initiatives to life, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy and goals. What You Will Do

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to prioritize and execute high-impact joint initiatives that drive awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue.
  • Drive the creation of marketing and enablement assets that support these campaigns, including content, events, and training programs.
  • Track performance of these activities, report on results, and continuously optimize based on what works and what doesn’t.
  • Support partner sales enablement through content and positioning that highlights the value proposition of ClickHouse’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay up-to-date on product roadmap and strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with product goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, using this insight to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and execute marketing budgets for partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI-positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure that partnership marketing initiatives are aligned with overall demand generation strategies.
  • Provide input into the development of the company’s overall marketing strategy, bringing a partnership marketing perspective to the table.
  • Represent ClickHouse at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years in partner marketing, a related role, or a technical position, with a proven track record of working with cloud providers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver across multiple stakeholders.
  • Versatile content creation skills, with the ability to write and produce assets across a range of formats and audiences.

  • Experience working with Adjust and Excel, or similar tools, for data analysis and marketing optimization.
