About the Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager position at PermitFlow represents a unique opportunity to join a pioneering company in the construction tech industry. As the first dedicated product marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in building the marketing function from the ground up, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the CEO. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that showcases PermitFlow's AI-powered pre-construction platform, positioning the company for accelerated growth in aThe construction sector is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by technological advancements and the need for more efficient, accurate, and transparent processes. What You Will Do
- Own the development of sharp, differentiated value propositions and narratives across PermitFlow's product suite.
- Build a comprehensive sales enablement motion, including creating canonical decks, battle cards, and persona-specific one-pagers.
- Lead product launches from end to end, ensuring successful positioning, execution, and measurement.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and field research.
- Translate findings into actionable positioning updates and field-ready intel for the sales team.
- Establish PermitFlow as a category leader in AI-powered pre-construction through thought leadership content, trade placements, and demand generation activities.
- Support customer success and account management teams in retention messaging, customer references, and expansion stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and leadership, to align on GTM strategies and goals.
- Participate in brand repositioning efforts, including a potential company rename, to ensure alignment with the evolving product suite and market landscape.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on GTM strategy, sales enablement, and product launches.
- Strong understanding of the construction tech industry or a related field, with the ability to quickly grasp PermitFlow's AI-powered pre-construction platform.

- Experience in running win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and field research to inform product marketing strategies.

- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms, with the ability to create effective sales collateral.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
