About the Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving Rhythms' product marketing strategy, leveraging AI to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product messaging, thought leadership, content, and customer programs that resonate with target audiences. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
- Utilize AI-native tools to streamline content creation, distribution, and measurement
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform product marketing decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging trends in AI and product marketing
- Develop and manage budgets, ROI analysis, and performance metrics for product marketing initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks, while capitalizing on opportunities for growth and innovation
What We Are Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or customer marketing at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of building and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of enterprise operations, business execution, and AI-native tooling
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate with an owner mentality, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content creation, webinar programs, and customer engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
