About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Yotpo, you will play a critical role in defining how our products show up in the market and telling the story of how we drive real value for our customers. What You Will Do

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Create clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that communicates Yotpo’s value to target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric stories and use cases.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with effective collateral, training, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Product team to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer base, including their needs, pain points, and motivations.
  • Create and execute plans to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our products.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging abilities with a focus on clarity and impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape and market trends.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a plus.

  • Experience in eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and their applications in marketing.
  • Certification in product marketing or a related field.
