About the Role

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem, trusted by over 280 million people in 100+ countries. We are seeking a Senior Product Operations specialist to act as an expert for our operations and marketing teams, driving growth and innovation in our derivative products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive launch plans, including user education materials and promotional campaigns, to ensure successful product adoption
  • Translate user needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work with our product team to ensure our derivative products are competitive
  • Serve as the key interface between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver a world-class user experience
  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for derivatives products and conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in derivative products such as perpetual contracts, copy trading, or trading bots
  • Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional exchange, structured products, and derivatives is highly preferred
