The Senior Product Owner - SEO role at Growth Leads is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of a flagship product and drive its growth through strategic SEO expertise. This role entails leading a team, developing and executing product roadmaps, and ensuring the product achieves and maintains strong visibility across target keywords and markets. As a key member of the Growth Leads team, the Senior Product Owner will have autonomy over strategic decisions and will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives. The Senior Product Owner will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, testing new approaches, and implementing learnings to stay ahead of the competition and search algorithm changes.

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of a flagship product, developing and executing the roadmap from launch through to scale
- Build and scale a high-performing team from the ground up, recruiting the right talent and creating a culture of excellence and accountability
- Leverage deep SEO knowledge to drive organic traffic growth, ensuring the product achieves and maintains strong visibility across target keywords and markets
- Work directly on critical tasks in the early stages, from content optimization to technical implementation, while transitioning to strategic oversight as the team grows
- Own all key metrics, continuously testing, analyzing, and optimizing to maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue generation
- Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth, test new approaches, and implement learnings to stay ahead of the competition and search algorithm changes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical, content, and off-page optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results
