About the Role

The Senior Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics, will join Coinbase's Legal Operations team to own the strategic direction, in-house build roadmap, and ongoing optimization of their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of CLM systems, workflow design, and integration planning with platforms like Salesforce. As a strategic partner to Institutional Sales, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering, the successful candidate will ensure Coinbase's contracting infrastructure scales with the business and delivers measurable speed, compliance, and insight improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical vision for contracting workflows and experience driving AI enablement across teams. With a focus on delivering high-impact results, this role is perfect for a seasoned program manager looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, setting strategic direction for what to build, integrate, or optimize across Ironclad, Evisort, Salesforce, and emerging tools.
  • Lead in-house builds and workflow development that extend beyond standard SaaS configuration, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to design scalable, integrated contracting solutions.
  • Drive AI enablement for the Legal Operations team by identifying high-impact automation opportunities, standing up proof of concepts, and facilitating trainings, office hours, and adoption programs.
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive contracts reporting framework and system of record for all agreements, including data extraction, metadata integrity, and data models that surface actionable insights to Institutional Sales and Legal leadership.
  • Communicate roadmap enhancements, program outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment on contracting priorities and technology investments.
  • Lead large, cross-functional contracts initiatives end-to-end, managing dependencies across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance, and delivering on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of contracting workflows, procedures, and technical architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in contract management and AI-driven contract review.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience within Legal Operations, contract management, or a technology-driven operations function.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a technology roadmap and backlog, including prioritizing build-vs-buy decisions, scoping in-house development work, and partnering with engineering and architecture teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, including workflow design, template management, reporting, and integration planning with platforms like Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to drive AI and automation adoption within a team, including evaluating tools, building proof of concepts, and leading enablement programs.
  • Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools, with experience in data extraction, metadata management, and data modeling.
  • Strong technical vision for contracting workflows and experience with integration planning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with emerging tools and technologies in contract management and AI-driven contract review.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO and holiday policy.
  • Remote work stipend and equipment budget.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Access to emerging technologies and tools in contract management and AI-driven contract review.
