About the Role

The Senior Program Manager, Dedicated Workplace Teams at Spring Health is a critical role that leads program management for a dedicated onsite program, driving cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and progress against customer commitments. This role requires strong operational judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure and momentum across multiple teams. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the onsite program and driving outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.

The role is part of the Clinical Operations & Strategy team and reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations & Strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Product, to support strong program management and ensure the delivery of personalized support to customers.

What You Will Do

  • Lead program management for a dedicated onsite program, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through
  • Serve as the primary operational lead, ensuring progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations
  • Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams
  • Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate across Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and other partners to support strong program management
  • Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs
  • Review and integrate cross-functional inputs to ensure plans and materials reflect customer context and priorities
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to customer contacts and support customer readiness, change management, and adoption
  • Partner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitments
  • Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles
  • Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
  • Strong operational judgment and ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps
  • Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions
  • Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution
  • Proficiency in Excel and other program management tools

  • Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting

  • Certification in program management or a related field
