About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, Go-To-Market Systems position at Reddit is a key role that will lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational efficiency within the Global Sales Organization. As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with GTM leadership to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks related to the programs you own. You will be responsible for developing sales tool strategies and roadmaps, executing key tooling initiatives, and driving impact for the GTM organization.The Go-to-Market Systems team at Reddit is a fast-paced, high-impact team dedicated to enabling operational efficiency and best-in-class sales execution through technology. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of a team that operates within the GTM organization and is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of the tools and systems that sales and support teams rely on to drive the ads business.
What You Will Do
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve the user experience
- Develop and execute sales tool strategies and roadmaps
- Partner with GTM leadership to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams across the business
- Execute key tooling initiatives and drive impact for the GTM organization
- Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment
- Use technical expertise to understand the effects, impacts, and risks of solutions
- Build execution processes and reduce inefficiencies to build overall scale
- Mentor and lead team members to achieve program goals
- Create and improve processes that prevent recurring organizational toil
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in program management or a related field
- Strong technical judgment and expertise in GTM systems
- Experience with sales tool strategy and development
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

- Certification in program management or a related field
