About the Role
The Senior Program Manager at Granicus is a critical position that will lead the early adoption and product readiness for new AI features and capabilities. This role will play a key part in ensuring that new releases are well-validated, customer-ready, and smoothly adopted before broader rollout. As a Senior Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation teams to coordinate beta programs, track readiness, and support a consistent, high-quality launch experience across the AI portfolio.The ideal candidate for this role enjoys working across teams, bringing structure to complex efforts, and helping innovative products succeed in real customer environments. What You Will Do
- Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products
- Define program goals, timelines, and success criteria
- Coordinate customer participation with Sales, Presales, and Implementation partners
- Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product improvements and release decisions
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning
- Track and coordinate resolution of issues identified during early adoption
- Support validation that new releases continue to perform as expected across existing functionality
- Help ensure new features meet usability and quality expectations prior to general availability
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation
- Facilitate regular check-ins focused on readiness, risks, and launch coordination
- Ensure customer-facing teams are informed and prepared for upcoming changes
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or delivery leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI, data-driven, or SaaS products
- Background in B2B or public sector
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
