About the Role

The Senior Program Manager at Granicus is a critical position that will lead the early adoption and product readiness for new AI features and capabilities. This role will play a key part in ensuring that new releases are well-validated, customer-ready, and smoothly adopted before broader rollout. As a Senior Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation teams to coordinate beta programs, track readiness, and support a consistent, high-quality launch experience across the AI portfolio.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products
  • Define program goals, timelines, and success criteria
  • Coordinate customer participation with Sales, Presales, and Implementation partners
  • Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product improvements and release decisions
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning
  • Track and coordinate resolution of issues identified during early adoption
  • Support validation that new releases continue to perform as expected across existing functionality
  • Help ensure new features meet usability and quality expectations prior to general availability
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation
  • Facilitate regular check-ins focused on readiness, risks, and launch coordination
  • Ensure customer-facing teams are informed and prepared for upcoming changes

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or delivery leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AI, data-driven, or SaaS products
  • Background in B2B or public sector
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
