About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, Talent Management is responsible for the end-to-end execution of Twilio's performance management programs. This role owns the annual performance cycle, ensuring processes are delivered on time and effectively enabled.Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure they are equipped with clear process direction, timelines, tools, and talking points
- Collaborate with Communications, Compensation, and the HR Tech team to ensure performance programs are simple, scalable, and compliant
- Continuously improve the experience based on feedback and data
