About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, Workforce Planning at Fluxon will play a crucial role in ensuring the company has the right people, in the right places, at the right time. This will involve leading staffing and forecasting efforts across all roles, partnering closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly ambiguous environment and have the ability to lead, organize, and drive a highly cross-functional team.As a key member of the Program Management team, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all staffing and allocation processes, leading regular workforce planning cycles, and building scalable workforce models. This role will report into the Program Management team and will be instrumental in driving operational efficiencies.

What You Will Do
- Oversee all staffing and allocation processes for all roles at Fluxon
- Lead regular workforce planning cycles, including headcount forecasting, budget alignment, scenario modeling, and more
- Build and maintain scalable workforce models and processes that inform staffing timelines
- Partner closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams to drive staffing and forecasting efforts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company has the right people, in the right places, at the right time
- Analyze data and metrics to inform workforce planning decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce planning, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams
- Experience with workforce planning and staffing, including headcount forecasting, budget alignment, and scenario modeling
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
