About the Role
The Senior Project Manager position at Intelehealth is a remote opportunity to lead digital health programs and manage cross-functional teams. As a seasoned professional in program management, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and driving social impact through technological innovations. The role entails day-to-day management of telemedicine projects, stakeholder engagement, and budget allocation, all while ensuring the program's effectiveness and impact.In this role, you will be working closely with various stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams, to drive program development, execution, and evaluation. Your expertise in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders will be essential in navigating the dynamic environment of digital health interventions.
What You Will Do
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development, execution, and evaluation
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide mentorship to team members
- Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external and internal stakeholders
- Oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds and resources
- Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track program progress against goals and objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and learnings to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telehealth and healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for integration into program activities
What We Are Looking For
- Preferred: MPH/MHA/MBA (Health) / MSW or equivalent with experience in Digital Health Program Implementation
- Also considered: MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing/BAMS/BHMS with strong experience in managing large-scale health or social sector programs
- Minimum 6-8 years of clinical experience
- Experience in Digital Health Interventions
- Experience in community/public health programs preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
