What You Will Do

• Manage software development projects from scratch, utilizing Agile methodologies and technical expertise
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects and ensure seamless communication
• Launch projects promptly and manage project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery of results
• Utilize your strong self-organizational skills, reliability, and adaptability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
• Collaborate with a team of professionals from over 75 countries, expanding your network and diverse talent
• Utilize your technical understanding of application architecture to make informed decisions and drive project success
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery of results and meeting project deadlines
• Provide clear and effective communication in English, discussing business tasks, justifying decisions, and communicating issues

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 7+ years of experience in project lifecycle management and 5+ years of experience with Agile
• Experience with SDLC, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
• Strong technical understanding of application architecture
• Clear and effective communication in English, with advanced ability to discuss business tasks and communicate issues
• Good self-presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in client calls
• Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with minimal supervision
• Reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to onboard promptly onto new projects and start delivering results quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AI domain, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and applications
• Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, and Data Science, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making
• Experience working with startups, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these organizations
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and applications
