About the Role
The Senior Project Manager position at dentsu international is a temporary role that plays a critical part in the project management team. As a leader, this individual will be responsible for maintaining cross-capability relationships, team management, and the development of project management resources. The role involves leading the execution of mid to high-level complexity projects, participating in new business pitches, and ensuring that all assigned tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including Client Finance, Account Management, and Production, to manage budgets, track weekly spend, and flag any necessary changes in scope to the client. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects.
What You Will Do
- Lead the execution of projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Participate in new business pitches to secure new clients and projects.
- Manage staffing and resourcing for assigned brands, including the preparation of Annual Statements of Work.
- Develop, manage, and own timelines, budgets, and scopes for a wide range of products and complexity levels.
- Collaborate with Client Finance, Account Management, and Production departments for weekly budget tracking and management.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
- Conduct project post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvement.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in advertising or an agency setting, preferably in a project management role.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
