About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at PSI CRO, you will be responsible for leading global projects and teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project deliverables. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you will be the primary point of contact for project-related issues and will be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior project managers.The role requires a high level of expertise in clinical research, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience and 4 years of global project management experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do
- Manage global projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project deliverables
- Lead project teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and project status reports
- Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Mentor and coach junior project managers
- Participate in feasibility research and business development activities
- Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
- At least 7 years of industry experience in clinical research
- At least 4 years of global project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Experience managing global projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, business administration)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Gastroenterology, Oncology, or radiopharmaceuticals
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Fluency in multiple languages
