Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager, Quantitative will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection. This includes initiation, planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standard and other regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and programming teams to review project materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.

As a key member of the project management team, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, communicating project progress to clients, and troubleshooting issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Communicate project progress and issues to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities involved in running individual projects
  • Review and approve project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to review project materials and finalize project requirements
  • Partner with programming teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Provide consistent updates to clients on project status and progress
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings and client meetings
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing research or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare data collections preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Advanced proficiency in Word and other productivity software
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Decipher or similar platform
  • Knowledge of ISO 20252 / 26362 standard and other regulatory requirements
  • Certification in project management or a related field
