Job Description

## About the Role As a Senior Project Manager at Valce Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple high-profile, high-risk, and complex deployments simultaneously. This role is critical to the company's success, as it requires collaboration with the Sales team to understand customer goals and create detailed Statements of Work. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Fortra and customer project teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Senior Project Manager role is a key position within the company, as it involves defining project goals, creating detailed project plans, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will be expected to lead teams through the full deployment lifecycle, using strong influencing skills to ensure consistent engagement with C-level stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, acquiring deep knowledge of Fortra products and services, and ensuring smooth transitions of customers into live service.

## What You Will Do - Manage and deliver multiple high-profile, high-risk, and complex deployments simultaneously - Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer goals and create detailed Statements of Work - Define project goals and create detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks - Lead Fortra and customer project teams through the full deployment lifecycle using strong influencing skills - Monitor, track, and report project status, ensuring consistent engagement with C-level stakeholders - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support their journey with Fortra and desired security outcomes - Acquire deep knowledge of Fortra products and services to onboard and train customers - Ensure smooth transitions of customers into live service aligned with operational and business requirements - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency - Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM, ITIL Transition) - 5–10 years of experience leading multi-phase projects, ideally in a matrix environment - 2–5 years specifically transitioning customers to managed services - Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility, fast-paced projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with C-level executives - Strong relationship-building and customer trust development skills - Advanced problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking - Proficient in risk management and timely decision-making

## Nice to Have - Experience working with Web applications - Knowledge of information security compliance and network security architecture - Familiarity with cloud environment architecture - Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences
