About the Role
The Senior Project Manager position at WhiteTech is a critical role that entails leading the product development team from the initial MVP stage to a full-scale release. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, hiring and managing talent, and driving all operational tasks required to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech industry and experience in managing remote teams.The role is part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where collaboration and innovation are highly valued. You will be working closely with the UI/UX team, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of the product. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will be expected to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks.

What You Will Do
- Build and scale the product development team according to product needs
- Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists
- Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions
- Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product
- Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows
- Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product
- Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to align on product strategy
- Lead regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies
- Experience in the fintech domain (e.g., payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuing, or similar areas)
- Proven experience building and leading teams
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Industry expertise in SaaS
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

- Technical background or software development experience
- Certifications: PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner
