Senior QA Engineer

What You Will Do

• Design and maintain automated tests for our ecosystem of internal and external systems
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features
• Partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for testing processes and procedures
• Work closely with the product management team to ensure testing aligns with product goals and requirements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance
• Identify and mitigate potential quality risks and implement corrective actions

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test engineering, with meaningful time spent in automation-first environments
• Expert-level proficiency in test automation, including APIs and SPAs
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to read code in languages such as Python, Golang, Ruby, and TypeScript/React
• Understanding of software architecture and experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience testing third-party implementations and Salesforce-adjacent integrations (API testing, data sync validation, workflow verification)
• Genuine interest in AI and a desire to go deep on how to test it well and use it to test
• Strong desire to own initiatives, collaborate with teammates, and strengthen the business through quality products
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with engineers and product managers
• Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter attitude

Nice to Have

• Background in performance and load testing for high-volume transaction systems
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of security testing and compliance frameworks
