## About the Role As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at PradeepIT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the company's products and services. ## What You Will Do - Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Java - Collaborate with the QA and development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs - Design and implement test automation frameworks for front-end, back-end, and infrastructure testing - Participate in new feature and product implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery - Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues - Continuously improve existing test frameworks, investigating failures and optimizing execution times - Deploy applications in test environments using CI/CD tools - Maintain up-to-date documentation of test framework setups and test scenarios - Participate in Agile methodology meetings, including planning and retrospectives - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation and quality assurance

## What We Are Looking For - 5-10 years of hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium and Java - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile - Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins - Proficiency in SQL and Docker - Knowledge of Linux environments and cloud computing, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Understanding of TDD, BDD, TestNG, and JUnit frameworks - Ability to develop and maintain Selenium automation solutions using Selenium WebDriver with Java - Experience with functional, cross-browser, infrastructure, performance, load, and integration testing - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

## Nice to Have - Experience with Postman for API test automation - Knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with testing frameworks - Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies - Certification in test automation or a related field - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
