About the Role

Lemon.io is a marketplace that connects talented developers with hand-picked startups in the US and Europe. As a Senior React Native Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing scalable mobile apps to collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life. You will be working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

The role entails working on complex projects, developing and implementing new features, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs. You will be part of a community of developers from over 75 countries, and you will have the opportunity to learn from and share your knowledge with others.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile apps using React Native
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
Work on complex projects, developing and implementing new features
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Conduct code reviews and ensure that the code is clean, readable, and well-documented
Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Participate in agile development methodologies

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience with React and 4+ years of experience with React Native OR 4+ years of experience with React and 2+ years of experience with React Native
Strong technical skills, with the ability to create projects from scratch and a deep understanding of application architecture
Clear and effective communication in English, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues
Good self-presentation skills, with the ability to present yourself and your work to clients
Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
Reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to onboard new projects quickly and start delivering results

Nice to Have

Experience with Node.js, Java, or other programming languages
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data science
Experience with agile development methodologies
Certification in React Native or related technologies
