## About the Role As a Senior Recruiter, Executive at YipitData, you will play a critical role in strengthening the company's executive hiring capability. You will support high-priority searches, with a heavy focus on senior leadership hiring, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to define candidate profiles and search strategy. The role is ideal for a seasoned agency or in-house recruiter who thrives in complex searches and has a passion for selling opportunities.
The recruitment team at YipitData is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the company's growth and success. As a senior recruiter, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure that the company's hiring needs are met. Your expertise in executive hiring, talent mapping, and market trends will be essential in identifying and recruiting the best candidates for each role.

## What You Will Do - Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive-level positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define candidate profiles and search strategy - Drive structured, high-quality interview processes and ensure that all candidates have a positive experience - Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent mapping, and candidate calibration - Lead executive-level screening conversations and assess leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and cultural alignment - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership - Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition - Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies - Manage and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring that all searches are completed efficiently and effectively - Analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes
## What We Are Looking For - At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on executive-level hiring - Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent for senior leadership positions - Expertise in talent mapping, market trends, and candidate calibration - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels - Ability to think strategically and operate with both urgency and precision - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics - Proficiency in Excel and other recruitment tools and software - Experience working in the tech industry, with a focus on financial services, tech, or fintech
## Nice to Have - Experience working with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives - Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition - Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software - Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as a Certified Recruiter (CR) or a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
