What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage executive searches and hiring processes for key leadership positions
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
  • Utilize digital skills and tools to source and attract candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Create and manage job postings, advertisements, and other recruitment materials
  • Develop and manage budgets for recruitment activities
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies
  • Identify and mitigate potential recruitment risks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
