About the Role
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be instrumental in scaling the company's most critical revenue-generating and support functions. This role entails working closely with the sales and growth teams to identify top talent and develop innovative recruitment strategies.The role matters because it will enable Human Interest to continue its rapid growth and expansion into new markets. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals. You will work closely with the sales and growth teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the sales and growth functions
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals
- Work closely with the sales and growth teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the fintech or sales industry
- Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent in sales and growth functions
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales and growth functions, with a deep understanding of the skills and competencies required for these roles
- Knowledge of the fintech industry and its trends and challenges
- Experience with innovative recruitment strategies, such as social media recruitment and employee referrals
- Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as a CPC or CIR
