## About the Role At Samsara, a leading provider of the Connected Operations Cloud, the Senior Recruiter II - Product Management plays a crucial role in scaling the company's R&D teams. This includes Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product Management, with a focus on intention, urgency, and high standards. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end hiring process for R&D IC and leadership roles, ensuring outstanding execution from first touch to close. The Senior Recruiter II will act as a strategic partner, working backwards from the needs of senior stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business and influencing who and how you recruit. This role requires a proactive approach to talent strategy, building high-caliber pipelines through market mapping and long-range engagement programs, even when no active roles are open. As part of a recently public company, you will have the autonomy and support to make an impact as Samsara builds for the long term.
