## About the Role As a Senior Recruiter at Directive, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, for the company's digital marketing teams. Your expertise in Programmatic recruitment will be crucial in identifying top talent and driving the hiring process. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with internal interview teams to deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects Directive's values.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in creating inclusive hiring practices and sourcing strategies to attract the best talent. Your experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, and Marketing Ops/Rev Ops will be highly valued.

## What You Will Do - Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation for digital marketing teams - Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit - Develop and implement inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies - Collaborate with internal interview teams to advise and deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience - Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and establish job requirements - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs - Meet or surpass key activity and performance metrics, such as Time to Fill in 30 days or less - Foster an inclusive hiring practice, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, market conditions, and competitor activity - Manage 7-10 job requisitions at a time while working with purpose and urgency
## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment - Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools - Ability to create unrivaled sourcing plans to identify top talent - Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox is a plus - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
## Nice to Have - Experience recruiting in Mexico or other international markets - Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytics - Certification in recruitment or a related field - Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
