About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will play a vital role in Directive's Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on building deep talent pipelines and identifying exceptional candidates for the company's digital marketing teams. This remote position will report directly to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing guidance on best hiring practices.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly in the areas of Paid Media, SEO, and Programmatic. They will be adept at creating innovative sourcing plans to identify top talent and will have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment process for digital marketing roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the digital marketing space
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
- Create and manage job postings, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal interview teams to deliver a consistently distinct and positive candidate experience
- Provide regular feedback and progress updates to hiring managers on the health of pipelines, progress, challenges, and market conditions
- Focus on inclusive recruiting practices, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, market conditions, and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
- Experience recruiting for digital marketing roles, including Paid Media, SEO, and Programmatic
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the skills required for success in these roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Experience with creative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, with a focus on creating a diverse and inclusive community of marketers
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox recruitment tools
- Knowledge of Mexican recruitment market and laws
- Experience recruiting for marketing roles in a B2B environment
- Certification in recruitment or a related field
