About the Role

The Senior Reseller Sales Manager role at Braze is a critical position that involves building and scaling out a partner sales motion and program in Spain. As a key member of the South EMEA Sales Organisation, this experienced partnerships leader will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new reseller partners, developing and managing comprehensive GTM plans, and supporting the sales cycle alongside Braze's sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the Spanish market, as well as the ability to work closely with resellers to provide accurate revenue forecasts and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing GTM strategies. They will be highly autonomous, with a strong sense of accountability and a bias toward action in the face of change. What You Will Do

  • Build out a strong foundation of reseller partners in the region
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with resellers to understand opportunities and form forecasts on new business
  • Share best practices and case studies with resellers to help accelerate opportunities
  • Conduct Close Plan reviews with resellers
  • Resolve channel conflicts when there are multiple resellers in the same market
  • Work with the renewal manager to prepare commercial documents
  • Facilitate discussions with the legal team to support commercial and legal discussions
  • Analyze data from internal reports to understand resellers' businesses
  • Plan, prepare, and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Develop and manage comprehensive GTM plans with partners
  • Support the sales cycle alongside sales teams, from prospecting to deal close, in collaboration with partners
  • Advance differentiated value propositions and specialism with key strategic partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and partnership management, with a focus on GTM strategies and reseller partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market and the ability to work closely with resellers
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing GTM strategies
  • Highly autonomous, with a strong sense of accountability and a bias toward action
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights
  • Experience with sales play metrics and effectiveness, with the ability to review and analyze data
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and the role of reseller partnerships

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing and paid media landscape
  • Familiarity with sales and partnership management tools, such as CRM and PRM systems
