Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Revenue Analytics Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing complex sales data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Success, to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions. As a key member of the Revenue Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with expertise in tools such as SQL, Python, and Snowflake. You will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from defining questions to presenting findings and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models, datasets, and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement AI-powered analytics solutions, leveraging tools such as Claude and dbt
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and maintain documentation of analytics processes and workflows
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on revenue growth and sales performance
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to apply analytics to drive business impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, such as Claude and dbt
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with data governance and compliance, with a focus on data security and privacy
  • Certification in analytics or data science, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional
