About the Role
The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert, leading complex investigations into revenue leakage and developing corrective action plans.Responsibilities
- Leads efforts to ensure accurate charging practices within Epic
- Partners with clinical operations, coding, finance, IT, and revenue cycle leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Billing, Charge Capture, or Revenue Integrity within Healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of charge capture processes, healthcare coding systems, and reimbursement methodologies
Nice to Have
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
- Epic Certifications (Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Revenue Integrity)
How to Stand Out
- Develop a strong understanding of Epic workflows, including charge router, charge review, and Charge Description Master (CDM) integration
- Showcase advanced data analysis capabilities, including financial modeling and root-cause analysis
